Up to 15 analyses a day.
All three report sections are included in free early access. No license key, card, or subscription. Try BookGap without an account, then sign in with Google when you want the full daily allowance.
- Included
- Reader complaints, unmet expectations, and a new book concept with a chapter outline.
- Analyses
- 3 a day without an account, and 15 a day with a free Google sign-in, resetting at 00:00 UTC. Failed analyses do not use your daily allowance.
- Google sign-in
- Optional. Google tells BookGap only an account number, never your email address or name, and your allowance then follows your account on every computer you use.
- Early access
- Free while we develop BookGap. Any future paid offering would be announced separately and would require your explicit agreement.
Free on the Chrome Web Store, for desktop Chrome 140 or later.
Questions, answered plainly.
Does it write the book?
No. It gives you research: what disappointed readers, what the category leaves open, and what a stronger book should cover.
Which reviews does it read?
One-, two-, and three-star reviews, where unmet expectations are stated most plainly.
Where does it work?
It is being built for multiple Amazon marketplaces, with an English-language interface.
Which browser does it need?
Google Chrome 140 or later, on a computer. It works in Chrome’s side panel while you browse Amazon.
Is everything really free?
Yes, during early access. Every report section is available: 3 analyses a day without an account, 15 a day when you sign in with Google. No payment details are collected and nothing turns into a paid subscription automatically.
Why sign in with Google?
So the larger daily allowance belongs to you rather than to one browser. BookGap asks Google only for an account number: it never receives your email address, name or password, and you can sign out at any time.
